About This Role

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking and flexible Teacher to join a team of dedicated staff who are committed to providing an excellent learning environment and become part of a successful team in a busy working environment.

We are particularly keen to hear from experienced English teachers who can inspire a love of language and literature while supporting students to develop strong communication and literacy skills.

If you are an experienced Teacher, ideally with a specialism in English, who has worked within a mainstream or specialist education setting and wishes to have a positive impact on children’s lives, has aspirations for their futures, and promotes a positive culture in

Knowledge of SEN will be advantageous and you must be able to respond to the emotional, social and mental health needs of our children and young people. You will be required to ensure the safety of our children and young people and facilitate their access to learning by responding to individual needs.

Via your excellent interpersonal skills, you will have the opportunity to make judgements on the attainment and progress of our students and be able to help them celebrate success.

You will be working as part of a team leading whole class lessons, group work and working one to one with pupils. You will be part of a committed staff team who are motivated every day by improving the life chances of our children and young people.

Compensation

£30,000 - £46,525 (MPS/UPS Scale)
