Design (Product/Digital Design) Secondary School - MYP/DP Teacher

Due to our ongoing expansion, we are in search of an exceptional Design (Product/Digital Design) teacher to become a part of our team, commencing on 18-08-2025. The Role:

As a Design (Product/Digital Design) Teacher within the MYP/DP curriculum, you will engage and inspire students through inquiry-based learning, maintaining high standards in teaching, assessment, and reporting within your subject area. This position calls for a passionate educator who can motivate students, parents, and staff towards ongoing success. The ideal candidate will prioritize holistic education, delivering well-resourced lessons and fostering a supportive yet challenging environment for all students.

• Deliver curriculum content while upholding exemplary teaching and assessment standards.
• Create a nurturing and dynamic classroom that respects and supports students' right to learn.
• Design differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners, particularly within the IB MYP/DP framework.
• Collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and contribute positively to the school community's welfare.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Design (Product/Digital Design) or a related field.
• PGCE with UK Qualified Teacher Status, Bachelor of Education, or SACE.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of proven teaching experience is essential, preferably in an IB school.
• A demonstrated history of delivering outstanding educational outcomes.
• Professional dedication to the successful implementation of an enriched IB/MYP and IB/DP curriculum is preferable.
• Competent IT skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with students, parents, and peers.
• Willingness to participate in extra-curricular activities.
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to the overall welfare of the school.
