Boarding Intern, Cadet Section (years 12 to 14)
About This Role
Le Rosey is seeking an intern to become part of the Cadets section for the academic year 2026/2027 at its beautiful campus in Rolle, situated by the shores of Lake Geneva, with winter activities hosted at the ski resort of Gstaad.
This residential internship (housing provided on campus) allows you to fully engage with the Cadets community, working with students aged 12 to 14. Your responsibilities will include supervising boarding life, facilitating activities, providing after-school support, and organizing weekend group programs.
Moreover, the intern may assist the Dean (the academic leader) during educational trips or events that involve the entire Cadets section.
We are searching for a responsible and dynamic young adult, at least 20 years old, who is bilingual in French and English or can effectively communicate in both languages. This position is perfect for someone studying education at the university level who wishes to gain professional experience in this sector.

• Full-time role
• Fixed-term contract for 10 months
• Start date: September 1st, 2026
• Capability to lead extracurricular activities
• Support for the Head of House and the Dean
• Preferred experience in supervising children in a community or residential setting
• Proficiency in English or French is essential, along with the ability to communicate in the other language. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
• A valid driver’s license and regular driving experience are highly recommended
