Over the years, it has transformed into one of the foremost private schools in Malawi, providing a thorough education from Pre-Primary through IGCSE. The school is renowned for its strong academic performance, inclusive environment, and dedication to community outreach.

The High School division was established in 2015, and in 2022, the Pre-Primary section was officially incorporated into the institution. Additionally, Hillview offers facilities for Patsagolo, an independent school catering to children with significant learning challenges, and collaborates with local orphanages and schools, such as Bahasi, as part of its outreach initiatives.
