The American Academy for Girls is seeking a passionate and committed Arabic Teacher to join our team in August 2026. As an all-girls school with a female-only staff, we are focused on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in teaching primary-aged children
- Proficient in Classical Arabic
- Previous teaching experience in Dubai
- Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Teaching diploma (desirable but not mandatory)
- Fluency in English
Competencies:
- Outstanding classroom practitioner
- Proven track record in teaching or lecturing
- Experience with DSIB, OFSTED, or equivalent educational inspection organizations
- Preferred experience in an international school setting
- Knowledge of current educational research
- Familiarity with contemporary educational trends in the UAE is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in both written and spoken English
- Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
- Skilled in engaging and motivating individuals to reach high levels of performance
