Essential qualifications:
- Education – A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Qualified teacher status (Ed.M., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching credential).
- At least two years of teaching experience.
Preferred candidates will:
- Enhance teaching and learning in alignment with Greengates' objectives and mission.
- Deliver proactive and effective pastoral support for students within the department.
- Implement initiatives to promote positive wellbeing among both staff and students in the department.
- Assist the Head of English in developing innovative curriculum strategies for your subject area.
- Work collaboratively in planning and teamwork activities.
- Motivate and engage students throughout their learning experiences.
