Requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
- Teaching Experience: At least 2 years in an educational setting.
- Major: Preference given to those with a related field of study.
- Required Certifications:
- A valid Teaching Credential/License is mandatory.
- Additional relevant certifications are advantageous.
Job Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Ranges from $1,000 to $1,500, plus $50 for each student enrolled and potential bonuses of up to $300 (final salary will be based on the interview and experience).
Teacher Responsibilities:
- Create engaging lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to the varied needs of students.
- Offer individualized instruction as well as small group sessions to help all students reach their academic objectives.
- Assess students’ academic and social development, keeping thorough records and preparing progress reports.
- Maintain effective communication with parents to update them on their child’s progress.
- Work collaboratively with school administrators and other teachers to cultivate a supportive educational environment.
- Engage in curriculum development and professional growth opportunities to stay updated with educational best practices.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of school activities and events, both on-campus and off.
