We are seeking an Exceptional Head of Music to become part of our team at GEMS Founders School, Dubai, starting in August 2026.

Qualifications


Ideal candidates should possess the following:


A BEd or Bachelor's degree in Music with PGCE / PGDE or an equivalent qualification


The ability to lead, mentor, and support a team of Music educators to ensure exceptional teaching and learning outcomes.


A collaborative spirit and a readiness to share exemplary practices


A growth mindset characterized by reflection and a focus on solutions


A creative and enthusiastic teaching approach


Outstanding interpersonal skills to engage effectively with colleagues, students, and parents


A proven history of delivering exceptional learning and teaching experiences

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
