Head of Admissions, Marketing, Brand and Communications

Position Summary
The Island Private School of Limassol is an ambitious and rapidly expanding polysystemic institution that provides International Baccalaureate, Waldorf, and Montessori programs, including boarding options. We are looking for a senior leader to enhance enrollment, elevate brand recognition, and bolster our reputation through a cohesive strategy encompassing admissions, marketing, branding, and communications.

This position calls for a growth-oriented leader to spearhead enrollment strategies, brand promotion, and strategic communication initiatives. The chosen candidate will ensure that the school's representation, promotion, and communication to prospective and current families are cohesive, high-quality, and in line with the school’s mission, values, and long-term development goals.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning

Formulate and implement a comprehensive Admissions, Marketing, Brand, and Communications Strategy that aligns with the school’s vision, capacity planning, and growth goals.


Lead enrollment forecasting and pipeline management for all programs, including boarding.


Create and manage a school-wide communications strategy, establishing messaging priorities, communication timelines, channels, and standards.


Contribute to the overarching strategic planning of the school as a key member of the operational leadership team.


Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making, budget management, and resource distribution.

Admissions Leadership

Supervise the entire admissions process across all three curricula, ensuring adherence to the School Admissions Policy.


Lead the ongoing enhancement of admissions systems, processes, and reporting mechanisms.


Monitor classroom capacities and boarding availability, collaborating closely with academic and learning support teams.


Guarantee timely, professional communication with prospective families throughout the admissions process.


Coordinate admissions meetings, assessments, interviews, and decision-making procedures.


Generate regular admissions and enrollment reports for the senior leadership team.


Represent the school at open days, tours, fairs, and events focused on admissions.

Marketing & Brand (Visibility and Advertising)

Direct the school’s marketing strategy, concentrating on brand visibility, advertising, and demand generation.


Manage both paid and organic marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns and brand execution.


Ensure consistent application of the school’s visual identity and brand guidelines across all marketing outputs.


Align marketing efforts with admissions timelines, especially during peak enrollment periods.


Oversee creative production in collaboration with internal teams and external partners (design, PPC, content creation).


Assess marketing performance and ROI to ensure effective budget and resource utilization.

Communications & Reputation (Internal and External)

Lead the school’s communication and reputation strategy, ensuring high-quality, consistent messaging for all audiences.


Own and continuously improve the school’s Communications Policy.

External Communications

Manage external communications, including news articles, press releases, blogs, website content, and public statements.


Shape and safeguard the school’s public narrative and reputation both in Cyprus and internationally.


Ensure clarity, consistency, and tone across all public-facing communications.


Assist leadership with strategic messaging and crisis communication as necessary.

Parent & Community Communications

Act as the strategic lead for parent communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and trust.


Oversee structured communication with parents through newsletters, announcements, and digital platforms.


Lead onboarding communications for new families.


Conduct surveys, feedback cycles, and insight gathering to enhance communication effectiveness continuously.

Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and cultivate the admissions, marketing, brand, and communications team members.


Collaborate with academic leaders and senior management to synchronize enrollment, messaging, and growth priorities.


Foster strong collaboration between admissions and communications to support conversion, retention, and advocacy.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).


Considerable experience in school admissions, enrollment management, and/or education marketing, preferably within an international or private school context.


Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.


Strong grasp of enrollment planning, capacity management, and multi-programme school environments.

Skills & Competencies

Strategic thinker with robust operational execution capabilities.


Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with parents and senior stakeholders.


Highly analytical, comfortable utilizing data, reports, and dashboards to inform decisions.


Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and peak periods effectively.


High digital literacy, including CRM/admissions systems, marketing platforms, and standard office software.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
