POSITION: HEAD OF ADMISSIONS

Highgate International School Thailand is set to open its doors in August 2026. Situated in the picturesque province of Chonburi, this premium international institution will serve students aged 2 to 18.

In collaboration with Siam Motors Group and Highgate School, London, our staff will benefit from access to exceptional facilities, which include a full-sized FIFA-approved football pitch, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a 450-seat auditorium, a black-box theatre, a STEM building, and a Library and Digital Media Centre. Our school will be rooted in a rich academic tradition that spans 460 years.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Head of Admissions will:

· Oversee the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to final enrolment, ensuring that every prospective family receives a warm, professional, and efficient experience.

· Establish strong admissions procedures that encompass timely inquiry responses, personalized tours, assessments, interviews, offers, and the onboarding of new families.

· Manage Admissions policy and oversee the integrity of the database.

· Direct the administration process to gather all necessary forms for school operations.

· Supervise the renewal procedures and facilitate the prompt collection of fees and deposits.

· Monitor, track, and report on various key performance indicators.

· Lead and foster the development of the admissions team.

· Collaborate closely with the Head of School and Head of Marketing to utilize admissions data effectively.

· Participate in a variety of school events, including those held in the evenings or on weekends, as a key representative of the school.

· Manage initiatives related to enrolment, including scholarship applications and referrals.

· Review applicant visas to ensure compliance with residency and educational requirements in Thailand.

· Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and reassure families from varied backgrounds.

· Be motivated by targets while maintaining professionalism, balancing enrolment success with ethical admissions practices.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

The Head of Admissions will:

· Hold a bachelor’s degree in education, communications, business, or a related discipline.

· Bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in school admissions or enrolment management, preferably within an international school or similar service-oriented environment.

· Showcase a proven ability to meet or exceed enrolment goals.

· Have experience managing and allocating budgets.

· Be familiar with customer relations management systems.

· Be fluent in English.

· Understand the immigration requirements and procedures for international students.
