About This Role
Erudito Licėjus is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and cooperative IB PYP Homeroom Teacher to become part of our Primary Years Programme team in Vilnius, starting August 2026.
In the role of PYP Homeroom Teacher, you will guide transdisciplinary, inquiry-led learning for a class of primary students, thriving in a lively and globally aware school community.
•
Design and implement concept-driven Units of Inquiry that meet IB PYP standards;
•
Guide learning across essential subjects such as language, mathematics, science, arts, and transdisciplinary themes;
•
Bring experience in project-based learning;
•
Utilize formative and summative assessments to support and document student learning;
•
Work collaboratively with colleagues through shared planning on platforms like ManageBac or Classroom Dojo;
•
Encourage learner agency and aid in the social-emotional development of students;
•
Engage with parents through formal conferences, consistent communication, and community-building initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant teaching qualification;
•
At least 3 years of teaching experience in primary or international educational settings;
•
Familiarity with the IB PYP framework or a strong willingness to undergo training in PYP pedagogy;
•
Exceptional English communication skills.
