About This Role
Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Teachers for September 2025
We are seeking exceptional Primary Teachers with experience in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2, who have demonstrated success in delivering innovative and high-quality lessons. The ideal candidate will be both creative and enthusiastic, with a deep-seated passion for teaching and a commitment to positively impacting students' lives. We are in search of individuals eager to actively participate in the broader school community, including leading extracurricular activities.
This is a chance to become part of a dedicated and progressive team that collaborates closely to foster dynamic and diverse teaching practices. We welcome applications from teachers qualified to instruct in either Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, or both, with at least 2 years of experience teaching the UK National Curriculum being preferable.
Applicants for Key Stage 1 should have extensive experience with a DFE recognized Phonics program, a strong understanding of the stages of emergent writing from the Foundation Stage, and a background in early maths mastery utilizing the CPA approach.
All candidates should be inspirational educators capable of sparking a love for learning that students will carry with them throughout their primary education and beyond.
The English International College is a British institution catering to students aged 3-18. We also serve as a center for Cambridge International and Pearson Examinations.
To apply, please submit a CV in English along with a letter of application by Friday, 18th April.
We uphold a rigorous safeguarding policy; as an international school, you will need to obtain a certificate from the Child Exploitation & On-line Protection Centre/ACRO https://www.acro.police.uk/ as well as a CRB Enhanced disclosure or ‘Certificado de Penales/Certificado de Delitos de Naturaleza Sexual’ (Spain) https://cita-previa.mjusticia.gob.es/citaprevia/#!/es/newAppointment?uuid=020a-389cc-ea4d-fe060.
