We are in search of a Middle School ELA Subject Lead for the Academic Year 26/27. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to guide and motivate our English and Literature department while engaging with middle school students. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in curriculum development, colleague support, and boosting student involvement in English Language Arts.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, or a related field (minimum requirement)

- Comprehensive understanding of the USA curriculum standards for middle school ELA
- Proven experience in curriculum design, lesson planning, and assessment creation
- Strong communication abilities with students, parents, and fellow educators
- Capability to lead collaborative teams and facilitate professional development efforts
