Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching ESL/EAL
- Expertise in English language teaching strategies tailored for non-native speakers
- Capability to differentiate instruction to cater to various student needs and proficiency levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and students
