Cycle 2 & 3 Islamic Teacher

Yas School is on the lookout for a dedicated Cycle 2 & 3 Islamic Teacher to join our team in August 2026 for the academic year 2026-2027, or potentially sooner.

At Yas School, we implement the Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum and place a strong emphasis on inclusive education, enrichment, and preparing learners for the future. Established in 2015, we are the largest single-campus K-12 government institution, educating over 1750 boys and girls on our expansive grounds.

We are looking for a skilled educator, with a background in UK or US curricula, and preferably some experience with the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum.

In your role at Yas School, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that promote students’ academic advancement, personal development, and overall well-being. You will be instrumental in empowering students to achieve their utmost potential, equipping them to excel as competitive global citizens while honoring and reinforcing the UAE’s heritage and Emirati identity.

As a teacher, you will nurture strong relationships and maintain open lines of communication with parents, colleagues, and students, upholding high academic and behavioral standards that reflect the ethos and policies of the school. You will be dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment where every student is motivated to succeed.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a Post Graduate Diploma in Education in the relevant subject area.
• A Master’s Degree in Education/Educational Leadership or a related field is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English, evidenced by a minimum IELTS score of 6 or equivalent.
• Bilingual capabilities (English & Arabic) are highly desirable.
• A UAE Certified Teaching License or equivalent, or be in the process of obtaining one.
• A minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience.
