Capital School Bahrain is on the lookout for a compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teacher to become part of our expanding Primary team.
This position presents a fantastic opportunity for a talented educator with a robust understanding of the English National Curriculum to make a meaningful impact in a nurturing, child-focused educational setting that emphasizes high standards, wellbeing, and the cultivation of positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Delivering exceptional teaching and learning experiences throughout Key Stage 1
• Designing engaging, well-structured lessons in accordance with the English National Curriculum
• Facilitating students’ academic advancement, personal growth, and overall wellbeing
• Utilizing assessments effectively to guide instruction and support developmental progress
• Establishing a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that is well-organized
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and the broader school community
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience in teaching Key Stage 1
• Comprehensive knowledge of the English National Curriculum and the expectations for this age group
• A nurturing, student-centered philosophy with high aspirations for learning and behavior
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
