The Role

As the Head of English, you will provide inspiring academic and strategic leadership, fostering a department known for its intellectual rigor, scholarly ambition, and deep appreciation for language and literature.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of a comprehensive and challenging curriculum across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, with a strong focus on IGCSE and A Level English Language and Literature. You will ensure that students are exceptionally well-prepared for their examinations while nurturing their development into articulate, insightful, and confident thinkers.

This position requires a leader passionate about promoting a culture of academic excellence and genuine literary engagement, guiding students to realize their full potential.

Compensation

£35,000 - £55,000 (Tax-Free Equivalent)
