About This Role
Christchurch Adventist School is seeking a passionate, Christ-centred educator for a fixed-term position (Beginning of Term 2 to the end of the year).
You will be joining our supportive junior syndicate to team-teach alongside our existing Year 2 teacher, with a primary focus on providing targeted interventions to accelerate student achievement.
We need a highly collaborative, organised educator whose Christlike character shines through their daily interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Thrives in a co-teaching environment and works seamlessly alongside a partner teacher.
- Has experience designing and delivering targeted learning interventions.
- Builds positive, genuine relationships with students, whānau, and staff.
- Delivers high-quality programmes aligned with the New Zealand Curriculum.
- Uses a positive, restorative approach to behaviour management.

Requirements: Applicants must hold a current New Zealand Teachers Registration.
