EYFS Phase Leader
About This Role
Chilcote Primary School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and inspiring EYFS Phase Leader to lead Nursery and Reception provision from September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years practitioner with strong leadership potential to shape high‑quality provision across the Early Years Foundation Stage. The successful candidate will join our Extended Leadership Team and work closely with senior leaders to realise the school’s vision and secure the best outcomes for all children.
We are looking for someone who:
- has a strong understanding of child development
- can lead, motivate and inspire a team
- is committed to inclusive practice, safeguarding and high expectations for all pupils
- has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- is reflective, proactive, innovative and committed to ongoing professional development
Leadership experience or relevant Early Years or leadership qualifications are desirable, but we welcome applications from aspirational leaders ready for the next step in their career.
