We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join our friendly and supportive on-site therapy team. You will work collaboratively with teachers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other professionals to deliver high-quality speech, language and communication support to our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide Speech and Language therapy for students attending Bedelsford School through individual, group and/or teacher directed therapy sessions
- Provide assessment for current and prospective pupils as needed
- To contribute to training of professional staff and others as required
- To provide written documents as needed at a professional standard
Key Requirements:
- Fully qualified SALT and State registered with the HPC
- Continued Professional Development Portfolio
- Related post-basic training
- Post registration training in Makaton and AAC
- Dysphagia experience
