This includes a high tax-free salary, an accommodation allowance that covers quality housing in sought-after expatriate areas, comprehensive medical insurance, school fee support (75% of fees for up to three children), annual flight allowances, a generous settling-in bonus, and an end-of-service gratuity.

We are dedicated to fostering your career while also prioritizing your well-being. Our innovative instructional coaching system is designed to ensure that all teachers, regardless of experience, continue to learn and excel. We offer a thorough induction and orientation program to help new staff transition smoothly into their roles in an international context. Additionally, our free on-site crèche for primary-aged children supports working parents, while staff representation on our Board of Governors plays a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of the school.
