About This Role
Job Title
The aim is to deliver engaging ICT lessons throughout Key Stages, foster digital literacy, and inspire students to become confident and responsible users of technology.
Job Responsibilities
•
Create and deliver high-quality ICT lessons that are in line with the Curriculum
•
Teach various computing subjects, including digital literacy, programming, and online safety
•
Utilize technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning experiences
•
Assess, monitor, and track student performance while providing regular feedback
•
Adjust teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
•
Participate in curriculum development and innovation within the ICT sector
•
Promote responsible technology usage and increase awareness of e-safety
•
Engage in school events, pursue ongoing professional growth, and contribute to the wider school community
Job Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
•
Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE / B.Ed. or equivalent)
•
Experience teaching ICT in a British curriculum setting (preferred)
•
Comprehensive understanding of coding, digital tools, and emerging technologies
•
Strong capabilities in classroom management and communication
•
Commitment to safeguarding and enhancing student wellbeing
