About This Role

The British International School Riyadh (BISR) is a highly esteemed non-profit, co-educational institution in the Middle East, serving students aged 3-18 across five campuses. Since its establishment in 1979, BISR has provided exceptional education to the expatriate community. We are in search of a dedicated Student Support Services Lead to oversee a consistent and collaborative approach across all central Student Support Services, ensuring impactful provisions that benefit every student. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional student support standards, aligned with our organizational policies and goals.

- Demonstrate relevant experience within a large organization, with prior experience in a school setting being a distinct advantage.

- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence, enabling them to work effectively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders and teams.

- Hold a relevant UK or UK-recognized teaching qualification.
