Requirements and Experience:
Essential:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject or an equivalent qualification
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent certification
- Strong subject expertise and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with students
- Experience teaching GCSE and A Level
- A minimum of three years of teaching experience, though we welcome applications from new teachers who aspire to excel
- Ability to deliver consistently inspiring lessons and a proven record of achieving outstanding results
- A collaborative spirit coupled with strong communication skills
- Evidence of recent professional development relevant to this position
- Innovative ideas to enhance the department's profile within the school
- ICT skills that reflect the role of technology in modern classrooms
- Commitment to the extracurricular program
