About This Role
Brighton College Abu Dhabi is on the lookout for a passionate and committed Pre-Prep Inclusion Teacher to become a valued member of our distinguished team. This essential position entails coordinating educational services for all pupils on the inclusion register, covering those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), English as an Additional Language (EAL), and Able, Gifted, and Talented (AGT) designations, as well as students requiring extra academic assistance or enrichment within the Pre-Prep school (Nursery - Year 2).
The successful candidate will not only provide exceptional inclusive teaching but will also be instrumental in crafting individualized learning plans and adjusting teaching methods to cater to the diverse needs of our students. Furthermore, they will be tasked with the effective allocation of resources and support services to guarantee equal access to learning opportunities for all pupils.
The Pre-Prep Inclusion Teacher will manage a team of support staff within the Pre-Prep school and work closely with other inclusion team members to organize interventions, track progress, and offer continuous support to both students and staff. They will also collaborate with inclusion teachers from the Prep and Senior schools to ensure a seamless transition for students as they progress through different educational stages.
