Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pre-K International Teacher to join our early years team. The ideal candidate will be a caring educator dedicated to fostering the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of our youngest students in a multicultural setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes inquiry-based learning.
  • Develop and implement a engaging, age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with our school's philosophy.
  • Observe and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining open communication with parents.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers, teaching assistants, and school leadership.
  • Participate in school events, professional development, and staff meetings.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Fluency in English.
  • Professional fluency in German is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience teaching in a kindergarten or early years setting.
  • Must be able to provide professional reference letters from previous employers.
  • Understanding of child development and best practices for early childhood education.
  • Culturally sensitive, adaptable, and a positive team player.

Preferred Qualifications (Pluses):
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with international or bilingual educational frameworks.
  • Ability to contribute to co-curricular activities.
