We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic specialist teacher of Mathematics to start in December 2024 or as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be qualified to teach Mathematics at the IGCSE levels of Y7 to Y10. We are looking for an individual to join our experienced and successful secondary team who is passionate about fostering high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring exceptional student progress and engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:
- A first degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- A P.G.C.E. or an equivalent UK Teacher Education qualification, or a Spanish teaching qualification.
- Proficiency in English (native / C2 / C1 level).
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that planning, preparation, assessment, and reporting accommodate the diverse needs of students.
- Design engaging and challenging lessons that promote consistent progress.
- Address the needs of all students, including those with Special Educational Needs, implementing suitable interventions.
- Maintain accurate records, aligning assessments with school policy.
- Follow departmental policies regarding curriculum, feedback, behavior, and resources.
- Uphold good order and discipline according to the school’s behavior policy, both in and out of the classroom.
- Engage in regular and professional communication with parents.
- Participate in school meetings and adhere to all pertinent policies.
- Prioritize the safety and wellbeing of students.
