About This Role
Essential Requirements:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a qualified teacher (QTS/PGCE or equivalent)
2. Strong knowledge of curriculum advancements within the specific phase area
3. Understanding of how Assessment for Learning can enhance student performance
4. Ability to work in a manner that prioritizes the safety and well-being of children
5. Effective communication skills and engagement with children and their families
6. Experience and confidence in teaching students aged 4-11
7. Teaching experience in an International School
8. Ability to challenge and differentiate instruction for students with varying abilities
9. Experience in leading the organization and implementation of extra-curricular activities
10. Openness to exploring innovative educational approaches
11. Subject knowledge adequate to challenge high-achieving students and secure excellent outcomes
12. Understanding of positive disciplinary strategies
13. Knowledge of child development and its influence on behavior

2. Eagerness to provide extra-curricular activities
3. Openness to innovative educational methodologies
