Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely support and intervention as necessary.
- Collaborate with fellow department heads and school leadership to create a cohesive educational experience.

Skills
Ideal candidates will need to:

- Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree in Science along with a PGCE/PGDE or an equivalent qualification
- Demonstrate a creative and enthusiastic approach both inside and outside the classroom.
