We are seeking an inspiring leader with a minimum of four years of experience to enhance the Science Faculty.

In this position, you will:

- Support colleagues in refining teaching methods and delivering high-quality instruction, offering personalized feedback, and encouraging professional development.
- Foster a collaborative culture within the department and throughout the school.
- Strategically manage the curriculum's evolution, ensuring that improvements are practical and significantly enhance students' knowledge, skills, and understanding.
- Ensure successful outcomes for students within the faculty through effective assessments and interventions, both in and out of the classroom.

Moreover, we are looking for an exceptional educator who:

- Has relevant experience teaching up to KS5 / A Level (Chemistry/Physics/Biology).
- Is a reflective practitioner committed to their professional growth and development.
- Has engaged with contemporary research and demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based pedagogical strategies that challenge and extend learning for all students.
- Possesses a solid understanding and interest in strategies that support EAL learners.
- Is dedicated to providing extracurricular activities and opportunities for extended learning outside the classroom.
