Experienced Learning Support Assistant

EXPERIENCED LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT (To support pupils with EHCPs)

Fixed Term contract to 31st August 2027

(A possibility of the fixed -term contract being extended or made permanent)

27.5 hours per week 8:35am–3:25pm* Mon–Fri

* includes 10 minutes either side of the day working day

GCSE (A*-C) standard or equivalent in English and Mathematics required

The successful candidate will be required to;

· promote inclusion;

· adapt planning/prepare materials;

· maintain equipment/resources;

· undertake structured activities adjusting to pupil responses;

· encourage interaction;

· promote independence;

· monitor/feedback on progress

· assist with IEPs/ Behaviour

· supervise personal care/medical assistance

. maintain stimulating learning environment

· support learning goals

· display pupils' work

. attend reviews
