About This Role
Do you see yourself as a perfect match for this role?
We are looking for a dedicated educator who demonstrates reliability, empathy, a good sense of humor, and a touch of idealism, all focused on the well-being of our students. You will inspire young learners, especially in their engagement with languages, with a primary focus on English and preferably French or German.

Additionally, you will actively contribute to enhancing our rich co-curricular program, particularly in areas such as music, performing arts, sports, visual arts, or crafts. You can not only envision working here but also becoming an integral part of our vibrant boarding school community.
What sets you apart:
- A degree in English (or you are a native English speaker with a degree in language studies)
- Ideally, prior experience teaching at the lower secondary level (grades 7–9) and upper secondary level (Matura/university entrance level)
- An openness to adopting innovative teaching methods
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with youth
What you can expect when joining us:
- A diverse and expansive role that encourages initiative, creativity, and the introduction of new ideas
- Teaching in smaller class sizes

- Opportunities to explore reform pedagogy, Ruth Cohn’s Theme-Centered Interaction, and Martin Wagenschein’s principles of exemplary, discovery-based learning
- A living and working environment situated in the stunning Swiss Alps, ideal for skiing, hiking, cycling, and various outdoor activities, even during breaks
- The possibility for your children aged 12 to 19 to attend our school
