About This Role
Are you a nurturing and inspiring educator with a passion for early childhood education? BC Academy ECC in Dubai is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teacher to engage with our wonderful 1-5-year-old learners.
This full-time, on-site position at BC Academy in Dubai involves creating a supportive and stimulating atmosphere for young children, designing age-appropriate lesson plans, and evaluating and reporting on children’s development. The right candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for teaching and a dedication to fostering a positive classroom environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

BC Academy International School and Nursery is a distinctive educational institution. Established eleven years ago, it aims to offer multilingual education to kindergarten students. The network has since expanded to include seven campuses, comprising two International Schools and five Kindergartens, with a new campus in Dubai that opened in August 2024.

Our requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent certification
- Proven experience teaching young children (ages 1-5)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management abilities
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders
- A commitment to teaching and ongoing professional development
- Familiarity with early childhood curriculum frameworks, including the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Proficiency in English and the ability to work with students for whom English is a second language
- Experience in an international school environment is an advantage
