About This Role
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy and Brand Leadership
• Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term marketing strategy for Wellington College across Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia.
• Safeguard and elevate the Wellington brand, ensuring it is in harmony with Wellington College UK and adheres to global Wellington standards.
• Oversee the brand's positioning, messaging, visual identity, and tone across all markets and communication channels.
• Direct the planning of regional campaigns encompassing digital platforms, print media, public relations, partnerships, and high-end experiential events (such as Founding Families gatherings, ambassador receptions, and corporate salons).
• Collaborate closely with Heads of School and Wellington UK to ensure the consistent communication of Wellington’s educational philosophy and brand story.
2. Admissions Strategy and Enrollment Growth
• Design and implement a thorough regional admissions strategy aimed at meeting enrollment and revenue targets.
• Supervise the creation of the admissions funnel, focusing on lead generation, parent engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Oversee admissions policies, procedures, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards.
• Personally engage with high-net-worth and VIP families to improve conversion rates in premium segments.
• Train and mentor admissions teams on consultative sales techniques, premium positioning, and parent relationship management.
3. Leadership and Team Management
• Manage the Senior Marketing Manager and Admissions Manager located in Jakarta.
• Provide strategic guidance to future marketing and admissions teams in Singapore and Malaysia as they are established.
• Build, structure, and enhance high-performing marketing and admissions teams across the three countries.
• Set KPIs, budgets, and performance frameworks; conduct regular assessments and capability improvements.
• Foster a customer-centric culture focused on excellence, responsiveness, and high-quality service delivery.
4. Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships
• Act as a senior external representative for Wellington College in Southeast Asia.
• Develop strategic partnerships with corporations, embassies, residential developers, banks, and luxury lifestyle brands.
• Collaborate with Wellington College UK, the Wellington College International network, and academic leaders to synchronize brand and admissions initiatives.
5. Data, Financial, and Strategic Planning
• Align enrollment projections with financial models and campus development phases in partnership with Finance and Leadership.
• Monitor marketing ROI, cost per lead, conversion rates, and lifetime student value metrics.
• Prepare quarterly reports for the board and offer strategic recommendations regarding market positioning and growth opportunities.
