Skills
Successful applicants will be required to:
- Hold a B.Ed or a relevant subject degree along with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification
- Have demonstrable experience teaching GCSE and A-Levels
- Be capable of sharing exemplary teaching practices
- Show interest in professional development, leadership, and sustainability
- Exhibit a creative and enthusiastic demeanor in both classroom settings and outside activities
- Possess excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to engage effectively with students and parents
