Sun West School Division is seeking applications for the role of Principal at D'Arcy School in D'Arcy, SK, for the 2026/27 academic year. This pivotal leadership position is essential in fostering collaborative and effective leadership within our educational framework. Preference will be given to candidates who have earned their Masters degree or are currently pursuing graduate studies. D'Arcy School anticipates an enrollment of 17 students for the upcoming school year. The specific teaching responsibilities will be determined in collaboration with the School Superintendent.
We are in search of an instructional leader who can: inspire and integrate the PeBL philosophy throughout the school community; guide the entire school community towards a unified vision of teaching and learning excellence; emphasize student success; exemplify strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities; adopt a leadership style that emphasizes collaborative decision-making; maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff; create and uphold a safe and organized learning environment; enhance the positive reputation of both the school and Sun West School Division; work effectively with all stakeholders to set clear objectives and direction; establish and nurture community ties; showcase exceptional organizational skills; and possess a solid understanding of computer technology.
