The Trinity Catholic Academy is strengthening its business support function and is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Support Assistant to join our team. Alongside a newly appointed Business Support Officer, this role is central to building a highly effective, professional, and responsive administrative service at the heart of our school.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in administration within education.


You will be at the centre of school life - providing a welcoming front-of-house service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

🌟 Key responsibilities


  1. Provide a professional reception service and act as first point of contact
  2. Support pupil data, attendance and communication systems
  3. Assist with administration, correspondence and record keeping
  4. Support finance processes and general office organisation
  5. Work closely with the Business Support Officer to ensure smooth operations

  2. Excellent organisational and communication skills
  3. Strong ICT skills and attention to detail

Compensation

£25,185 to £25,989 per annum, pro-rata
