About you:

We are seeking an exceptional Art Teacher who is also qualified to teach KS3 Technology, starting in August 2026. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated educator to inspire students through Art while enhancing practical and innovative skills in Technology. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering creativity, confidence, and a passion for learning both inside and outside the classroom.

We are looking for specific qualities:

  • Candidates should hold at least a B.Ed. or a bachelor’s degree in art (or a related discipline) alongside a PGCE (or equivalent) and QTS.
  • Experience in teaching KS3 Technology is essential, preferably with a background in Textiles and/or Product Design.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for providing engaging, high-quality lessons that spark creativity and curiosity is necessary.
  • A solid grasp of international best practices in teaching and learning is expected.
  • A commitment to motivating, challenging, and supporting every student to reach their full potential is crucial.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology and digital tools to enhance learning experiences.
