About This Role

Queen’s College, a vibrant and highly regarded international school located in Palma, is seeking to recruit a dedicated and qualified Chemistry Teacher. Our school is known for its academic excellence and offers both the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) and A Levels, attracting a large number of students.

The ideal applicant will instruct Chemistry and an additional science at the IGCSE level, as well as Chemistry for the IB Diploma, with the potential to teach A Level courses in the future. Person Specification:

• A good honours degree in Chemistry or a Science with Chemistry – Essential

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) for secondary education – Essential

• At least 2 years of experience in a UK secondary school – Essential

• Demonstrated success with IGCSE and IB exam results – Essential

• Strong understanding of the English National Curriculum – Essential

• Experience in an international school environment – Desirable

• Right to work in the EU – Desirable but not essential

• Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English – Essential
