As we approach August 2026, Victoria International School of Sharjah (VISS) is excited to celebrate its 19th year of operation. Since the opening of our initial campus in September 2007 in Al Taawun, which served fewer than 200 students, VISS has evolved into a thriving network of schools consisting of two IB World Schools. We offer the Australian (Victorian) Curriculum from KG through Grade 12 as well as the IB Diploma Programme, now serving over 5,000 students across five campuses.

We are in search of passionate and experienced Teachers to become part of our vibrant team. The chosen candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that align with the Australian Curriculum, tailored to foster students' development as confident and independent learners.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality teaching and learning consistent with the curriculum
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment, prioritizing student wellbeing and safeguarding
• Assess and monitor student progress while offering constructive feedback
• Cultivate positive relationships with parents and colleagues
• Participate in school initiatives and contribute to ongoing improvement
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
• Valid teaching qualification and professional registration (e.g., VIT, QTS, or equivalent)
• Experience in an international or Australian curriculum setting is preferred
• Regional experience is advantageous but not mandatory
