About This Role
RGSPP is on the lookout for a dedicated and exceptional Teacher of Physics to provide top-notch instruction across Secondary Key Stages, with a particular emphasis on KS3, IGCSE, and International AS/A Level. As a crucial member of our founding team in our second year, you will play a key role in setting standards of academic excellence, developing laboratory protocols, and fostering practical inquiry skills that empower our students to meet the highest international benchmarks.
•
Facilitate engaging and well-structured Physics lessons aligned with the British curriculum.
•
Take the lead on the development of IGCSE and International AS/A Level Physics programs.
•
Encourage a "founding mindset" by actively organizing laboratory resources and implementing safety measures.
•
Be adaptable to teach General Science at KS3 and possibly assist in other Science subjects (Chemistry/Biology) as the school grows.
•

Essential Qualifications & Experience
•
Possess a degree in Physics or a closely related Engineering/Scientific discipline.
•
Hold a recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., QTS, or equivalent).
•
Demonstrate proven experience in teaching IGCSE and International AS/A Level Physics, with a history of achieving high student outcomes.
•
Have knowledge of laboratory management and international health and safety regulations.
•
Experience in a "start-up" or rapidly growing educational environment is highly advantageous.
