Position: Teacher of History and Sociology
Contract Type: Fixed Term

Introduction:
We are on the lookout for a full-time Teacher of History and Sociology to become a part of our Social Sciences department. This role is ideal for newly qualified or early career educators who have a strong enthusiasm for teaching engaging History and/or Sociology lessons at the high school level.
The History curriculum may include IGCSE and/or A Level classes, while Sociology classes will be at the A-Level.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in History, Sociology, or a related discipline is the minimum requirement.
- Previous teaching experience is not necessary; however, a relevant academic background or training is beneficial.
- Familiarity with the UK-A Levels curriculum is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage students are crucial.
- A collaborative approach to working within a team-oriented setting is important.
