About This Role

Aldar Academies is on the lookout for an exceptional Physics Teacher to join Al Ain Academy, starting in September 2023.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of the esteemed Aldar family of schools and contribute to the development of Abu Dhabi's premier educational group.

Opened in September 2011, Al Ain Academy has been delivering high-quality education to the community. The curriculum is based on the English National Curriculum, customized to resonate with both Emirati and expatriate students residing in Al Ain. The school boasts excellent facilities, including a spacious astroturf field, two swimming pools, a well-stocked library, a large multi-purpose sports hall, an auditorium, and outdoor play areas.

We foster a nurturing, friendly, and supportive atmosphere where students thrive in their learning and achievements, underpinned by mutual respect and trust.

In a relatively short span, the school has reached impressive levels of progress and attainment, owing to diligent tracking of assessment data. Our dedicated and talented staff, predominantly from the UK, collaborate closely with parents to ensure success for every student.

Our attractive compensation package features a tax-free salary with a newly enhanced salary scale effective September 2023, housing, a flight allowance, and medical coverage for the entire family. Aldar Education also offers a variety of professional development opportunities to advance your career, alongside the benefits of a 4.5-day workweek and a strong commitment to employee well-being.

Ideal candidates will resonate with our core values and ethos while demonstrating a genuine understanding and appreciation of the region's values.
