About This Role

Aldar Academies is on the lookout for an exceptional Physics Teacher to join the Al Ain Academy team starting in September 2023.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of the esteemed Aldar family of schools and contribute to the development of Abu Dhabi's premier educational institution.

Since its opening in September 2011, Al Ain Academy has been dedicated to delivering high-quality education to the community. Students are instructed in the English National Curriculum, which has been customized to resonate with both Emirati and expatriate students residing in Al Ain. The school boasts excellent facilities, including a spacious astroturf field, two swimming pools, a well-stocked library, a large multi-purpose sports hall, an auditorium, and outdoor play areas.

We foster a welcoming, friendly, and supportive atmosphere where learners thrive and excel in a setting characterized by mutual respect and trust.

In a brief span, the school has attained remarkable progress and success, aided by diligent monitoring of assessment data. Our team comprises dedicated and skilled staff, primarily from the UK, who collaborate closely with parents to ensure every student’s success.

We offer a competitive compensation package featuring a tax-free salary with a newly enhanced salary scale effective September 2023, along with accommodation, flight allowances, and medical insurance for the entire family. Aldar Education also provides a variety of Continuing Professional Development opportunities to advance careers, alongside the benefits of the UAE's 4.5-day workweek and a significant commitment to staff well-being.

Ideal candidates will resonate with our core values and ethos, and demonstrate a genuine understanding and appreciation of the region's values.

Aldar Education is devoted to ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people and expects all staff members to share this commitment. Job offers are contingent on receiving satisfactory references and police clearance.
