Team Leader - Infants/Toddlers ECE Teacher

All About Children New Plymouth is the first All About Children centre established in New Plymouth, proudly part of Kids' World Education Group (KWEG) a growing organisation with 24 centres across the North Island.

We’re on the lookout for an exceptional, heart-centred kaiako to step into the role of infants and toddlers team leader and lead with warmth, confidence, and purpose.

About the role

You’ll lead our infants and toddlers' space with intention, creating a calm, nurturing environment where tamariki, whanau, and kaiako feel a deep sense of belonging. You’ll guide daily practice, support your team, and help bring our values to life through meaningful, responsive care.

You are someone who:

• Is nurturing, calm, and genuinely passionate about infants and toddlers

• Holds a full, current NZ Teacher Practising Certificate
