About This Role

What we need

We are looking for ambitious, hardworking individuals to join our school community as Level 1 Teaching Assistants to provide support to our pupils with their learning. We are looking for people who share our values in ensuring our pupils get the highest quality education to achieve the best possible outcome.

The main duties of the role include:

  • Supporting pupils with their learning, as directed by the teacher
  • Supervising pupils during activities, and supporting with physical and personal care
  • Providing classroom support to the teacher including preparation of learning resources, setting up equipment for learning and maintaining a clean & tidy learning environment
  • Liaising with families
  • Following school procedures, maintaining professional conduct and uphold the ethos and values of the school
