Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Education or related field
• At least 1 year of experience working as a teacher assistant or similar role
• Familiarity with the United States educational curriculum for elementary levels
• Strong communication skills to effectively support teachers and engage with students
• Ability to assist with lesson preparation, classroom management, and student supervision
• Basic knowledge of child development principles and educational best practices
