As we look forward to August 2026, Victoria International School of Sharjah (VISS) is thrilled to mark its 19th anniversary. Since our first campus opened in September 2007 in Al Taawun, originally serving fewer than 200 students, VISS has grown into a dynamic network of schools that includes two IB World Schools. We provide the Australian (Victorian) Curriculum from KG to Grade 12, alongside the IB Diploma Programme, currently educating over 5,000 students across five campuses.

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Teachers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that align with the Australian Curriculum, aimed at nurturing students into confident and independent learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching that aligns with the curriculum
- Establish a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment, focusing on student wellbeing and safeguarding
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Foster positive relationships with parents and colleagues
- Engage in school initiatives and contribute to ongoing enhancements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related discipline
- Valid teaching qualification and professional registration (e.g., VIT, QTS, or equivalent)
- Experience in an international or Australian curriculum environment is preferred
- Regional experience is beneficial but not essential
