Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related discipline (minimum requirement)
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in primary or elementary education
- In-depth knowledge of the UK curriculum standards and effective teaching methodologies
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of young learners
- Strong classroom management skills, prioritizing positive reinforcement
- Proficient communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience with integrating technology into the classroom is preferred
