We are seeking passionate, reflective, and dedicated Early Childhood educators to join our team and help our youngest learners grow academically, socially, and emotionally in a bilingual, inquiry-based environment.

As one of our English Primary Lead Teachers, you will teach two primary classes in alternation with a target language Lead Teacher. By joining our vibrant educational community, you will play a key role in shaping the learning journey of our students, with a strong focus on academic excellence and social-emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that connect classroom learning to real-world experiences, inspiring enthusiasm and academic excellence in line with IB and state standards.

  • Differentiate instruction using a variety of developmentally appropriate teaching and assessment methods to meet the needs of all learners.

  • Monitor and support the academic, emotional, and social development of students.

  • Maintain high expectations for student behavior to ensure a positive and productive classroom environment.

  • Integrate technology meaningfully to enhance student learning.

  • Foster a strong sense of community by actively engaging with students, colleagues, and families.

  • Collaborate constructively with colleagues, leadership, and staff across the school.

  • Pursue ongoing professional growth and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Participate in curriculum development, team planning, and faculty meetings.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Master’s degree in Education or a related field preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of Elementary/Primary school experience

  • Experience with the IB PYP and/or dual language programs preferred

Salary

  • Starting at $65,000
